Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Your order may be shipped 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Your order confirmation email will state the current shipment time. Once shipped, delivery time within South Africa is estimated to 5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.


Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the site.  All orders are shipped via DHL.

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but are not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from our delivery partners (DHL).

If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@deamorestore.com. Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

Please note once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control over its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders please use your Tracking Information directly using your Tracking ID and contact the shipping courier. If your package has been confirmed delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with DHL as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been confirmed delivered by DHL.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day, you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non-business days/hours to ensure fast shipping. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email info@deamorestore.com immediately. Please ensure that all the details you enter are correct and accurate to avoid unnecessary errors and delays.
