ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the intimate nature of these products, we do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns. Please cautiously read the full descriptions of the product you are interested in purchasing before placing and order. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs.  

1. As for Multifunction EMS Belt and Neoteric Thermo Belt

• If the Belt is damaged, broken or the incorrect size when you receive it (although it is less likely to happen as we take extra precautionary measures when packaging our products and we have listed the dimensions of the waist belts and provided you the platform to provide us with your actual waist circumference thus allowing us to make a belt that will fit perfectly in accordance to the waist circumference measurements you provided us with) you must inform us within one working day of receiving it with images accompanying the notification. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product
• If the product is in its original sealed state, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address.
• Shipping costs for the return will be for your account.
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, unfortunately we are unable to assist with a refund or store credit for the product

2. Incorrect Item

• If you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick, we will arrange to swap the wrong product for the actual one ordered on our account.
